Joe Ferlazzo Chief Pilot CASA - Approved Testing Officer Joe started with the Royal Victorian Aero Club in 2000 as Manager /Chief Pilot and CFI. It is with Joe's forsight and dedication that has seen the club grow to its position today. Joe holds CASA testing approvals for all Licences and Ratings conducted by the Royal Victorian Aero Club
Richard Gross Chief Flying Instructor CASA - Approved Testing Officer Richard started his career in the Australian Navy and it was during that time he commenced his flight training. As well as being the CFI, Richard is a CASA Approved Test Officer.
Davide Ierkic Grade 1 Instructor Davide has been with the Royal Victorian Aero Club since 2006. Davide specializes in Ab Initio through to Commercial, IFR and Instructor Training. He is also our Italian student team leader.

Stephen Pegoraro Grade 1 Instructor Stephen has been with the Royal Victorian Aero Club since 2007. He specializes in Aerobatics.

Antony Provan Senior Instructor Tony specializes in Ab Initio to Commercial training as well as running our GPS courses. Tony returned to aviation in 2009 after spending 10 years as a Captain in the maritime industry.

Milad Esmaeili Instructor Milad holds Multi Engine IFR Rating. He trains student from ab initio through to CPL and NVFR. He specializes in Aerobatics training.
Joseph Taylor Instructor Joseph is training both Ab Initio and Classroom Theory.
Sara Lang Instructor Sara is specialising in abinitio training and theory, has had previous experience in North Queensland in training and Charter. She holds a Multi engine instrument Rating

Allen Esfandiar Senior Ground Instructor Commercial Aeroplane & Helicopter Pilot Allen holds a Masters degree in Information Technology and Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and now specialising in aviation theory subjects from B.A.K to ATPL. He offers both part-time and full-time courses.
