Tail Wheel Endorsment
Tail-wheel aircraft are more challenging to fly. More fun. Have you noticed that the most popular aeroplanes at fly-ins and airshows are often tail-draggers?
You'll enjoy the challenge of having to fly accurately during the landing flare and the extra difficulty in neatly touching down in a crosswind. Most tail-wheel aeroplanes were designed in an era when flying qualities were more important and aircraft were more responsive to controls.
Conventional gear is probably not the correct term these days but, at least once in your flying career, you should try it.
