Privacy Statement
RVAC is required by law to make available details concerning you, your course and your progress to CASA and, if requested, to Airservices Australia.
It is also required to make available various details including your course progress, attendance record and any other matter affecting your approval by the Department of Education, Science and Technology and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship; these reports may affect your visa status.
It is also required to cooperate with the Federal and other police and security agencies. With these exceptions, RVAC will not disclose information relating to you to any other person or organisation without your express permission.
It is esential that RVAC has knowledge of all flight tests and other examinations conducted by CASA, including details of timing, results and any related reports. Therefore, it is a requirement that each student agree to the release of this information held by CASA directly to RVAC on request by RVAC. This agreement is formalised in the Student Application Form www.rvac.com.au/application-form .
