NEW CFI
The Royal Victorian Aero Club has now separated the positions of Chief Pilot and Chief Flying Instructor. Joe Ferlazzo retains the position of Chief Pilot and David Rushbrook has assumed the position of Chief Flying Instructor. Both individuals are subject to CASA approval and both have CASA Delegation for flight testing.
The Responsibilities of each is as per the RVAC Operations Manual copies of the relevant pages are attached this is the Operations Manual that is currently being approved by CASA which will be available for all to peruse at the Moorabbin Flight Operations as soon as it is signed off.
